Automated Toll Payment Machine- Web Monitoring Service

The PayWerks ATPM^TM web site allows a user to remotely monitor real-time ATPM^TM status, live transactions, view historical data, and assist customers with problematic transactions. Access to the site is controlled by user id and password login scheme, where each user is assigned an access level by the site administrator. Only users with a supervisor access level have the ability to assist customers with override functions. All other users have view only capabilities.
